What can I do if find one side working and the other side not working or both sides not working?
This phenomenon occurs because the 2 rotators inside the wave pump are suspended in the air when the pump is working, the 2 rotators may out of the
correct position in transit. In this case, please remove the cover and reset the rotators, then the wave maker will work normally.
