Description
The PetConfirm VET-10 animal urine reagent strips are used to quickly and accurately test your dog’s, cat’s, or pet’s urine to determine whether your animal may have a urinary tract infection UTI, kidney or liver disease, diabetes and more. These strips test for Leukocytes, Nitrites, Urobilinogen, Protein, pH, Blood, Specific Gravity, Ketones, Bilirubin & Glucose in Urine. These strips are a useful indicator of renal function in animals and do not require any other testing equipment. Simply collect a urine specimen in a clean container, remove strip from the bottle taking care not to touch the strips directly, completely immerse strip in urine then remove immediately and lay on a flat surface. Read results at the dictated time for each test (between 30-60 seconds) by comparing the reagent strips to the color chart on the container. Please note, positive results are considered presumptive and follow up testing should be performed.
