1.Product doesn’t power on?
a.Make sure the power is connected properly (or battery is inserted)
b.Check light is turned on if the Power switch is on
2.Steps to do if App can’t pair with phone:
a.Check to make sure there’s power and look for indicator blinking green light (Ready for pair). Make sure Wifi is on a 2.4 GHz signal
b.Once paired, it should be indicated by solid green light.
c.Re-install the app
